QUOTE(static @ Nov 29 2009, 11:08 AM)
i just moved from prepaid to postpaid on november 14th. the guy at the shop said i have to have RM10 balance left on my prepaid and RM30 deposit (which he said will be used to deduct from my next bill). So i reloaded an extra RM10 and gave him RM30 for the deposit. when i check my OCS a week later or so, my billing cycle is stated as 16th november and i gotta pay RM1.25?

As at the moment, my current balance is RM28.75 and unbilled amount is RM7.3. Why RM28.75? What happened to my RM30 deposit? How does the calculation goes about? thanks
converting from prepaid to postpaid is very messy... last time i had this problem too... gotto keep on call to digi cs for verification and etc etc... end up a few weeks to get everything resolved... gprs all kenot use... hai~ some i called up and checked and they said my data is still on prepaid where i'm already converted to postpaid etc etc...

a headache to switch as it's very hard for u to tally back ur account/credits... rclxub.gif

sei la... but my data unlimited works fine smile.gif... just the RM7.3 is the sms/calls charges. i called them to ask about data plan, and they said activated. just that now, the credits a bit messy! sad.gif

why do i still need to pay RM1.25 when they said it will be deducted from my RM30 deposit. Sigh...

Well for the rm1.25 i suspect is a pro rate. as u been active on 14 of Nov and ur billing circle is 16 Nov. so if ur monthly charge is RM50 devide by 30 days then per days is around rm1.60 to rm1.70. but for detail u got to call them or like u said direct go Digi Center and ask ...

as i tot the rm30 deposit will be deduct on the Second month, coz ur first month only " 2 DAYS" ... for the month of Nov that is 14 Nov to 16 Nov.

okay, so i went to digi service centre, and yes... RM1.25 has been deducted from my RM30. hence my current balance is RM28.75, and i will only know the amount payable on my next billing cycle. biggrin.gif ... so far so good. i wonder where did the data unlimited plan costs go to? :\

how does digi count the time for the unlimited rm5 per day ? is it 24hours from the exact time we start surfing, or is it until the end of the current day, and then go to next day meaning at 12.01am, it starts a new cycle?

Since postpaid can be converted to prepaid nowadays, then supplementary line should be able to convert to prepaid. hmm.gif

edit:

the RM58 unlimited and DG RM50 package is it the same thing?

or RM58 mean for internet surfing and RM50 mean for calling & SMS...
