Regarding the my prev statement on video calls for digi.
Currently only Demo lines have it and they are in the stage of testing it.

Another addon, e-billing comes with itemized billing and u dont need to pay RM3 for it. Better then getting the customer services to print a whole stack of dictionary for u. And yes your acc number = 1.1234567. Take note though if you subscribe separate acc , your main and supp will have different acc number.

3G service will fully launch during 22nd October to all Digi postpaid and prepaid subscribers. Only available in Penang,klang valley and Kota kinabalu. Customers can call in to activate or ask to activate when signin for new application in dss respective stores

DG blackberry phone plans promo and blackberry services is now available .
Can opt for 1or2yrs contract and for users who have blackberry phone with existing voice plans can just opt for blackberry services.

The auto reload RM15 credit doesnt goes to the balance in *126#

It will only be credited under the freebies section @ *128# under option 1 acc info-> Freebies.

Using up any of the credits under freebies will not activate the 12sen/min call rate after RM1 useage. Users will need to use the balance which is under the Main balance.

Advanced Payment for MNP is 50 for main and 30 for sup. So total is RM80.

If want give me RM20 for yumchar i also dont mind if is RM100 advance payment

Pls reminded that the RM15 does not reload into the main balance shown in *126#. It will be credited in *128*1*5# under Freebies.
So the RM15 is not counted as the birthday bonus.

The prepaid number can still enjoy birday bonus if it's reloaded outside. But it no longer belongs to the original prepaid user because all the details and ownership will be transfered under the ambassador owner.

*The family prepaid system been having alot of issues eversince it started.
For users it's best to go back to your respective dealers(who sign up for u) or call customer careline to verify the status if it's been successfully convert into a family prepaid or the status still remains as a normal prepaid.
Somehow they are using somesort of bugged or crappy system for submission. There had been cases where Dealer's side shown that submission had been successful but on customer service side/careline side it show nothing at all.*

Regarding the confusion for subscribers if this Blackberry unlimited is truly unlimited at all.
-Yes it's unlimited if subscriber use it on blackberry other then on other devices.
-No it's not unlimited and charge rate will be 10sen/10kb if customers use it on other devices other then blackberry itself including using blackberry as a modem to connect to internet
-It's stated unlimited internet services(with 3G) + BIS but Blackberry 8520 itself doesnt supports 3G and funny thing is if users choose to slot sim card into other devices for web surfing to enjoy 3G services, they are charged 10sen/10kb.

*Their marketing scheme have seems to go haywire recently and i really dont know what kind of screwed up plan they are gonna launch next*

The unlimited internet access is actually RM48 which is only a 3GB FUP applies package. It's a must to get 58 for the phone.

i find it funny though because it provides 3G service on a non 3G blackberry phone.
I have even circle out what's wrong.
They shud give a 3G phone since they are providing 3G internet Services.
And what's the point of requesting customers to cancel their current data unlimited if they opt for DG berrysmart unlimited on their existing line.

But overall to enoy the RM1 offer(12 sen/min after RM1 useage), users will have to clear the RM15 from the freebies to use the balance under *126#.

Ya.. there's no FnF for family prepaid.And advise is, pls clear the FnF on your mum's number before doing the transaction. It will prevent the number from entering into the family prepaid system*esp if your mum's fnf list had your number*.

You will need to consult customer service side to proceed with the Family prepaid because dealer cannot do transfer ownership from their side.*That concludes that all information will be entered according to main line's info*

There's no upfront payment required because RM15 will be charged to your main line bill.

Kindly consult your nearest digi center to ask for assistance. Redemption voucher is only valid for a mth, from the issued date. It can be extended for the most 1wk.

Those are consider heavy package which is more beneficial to business purpose then individuals.

Your mum's pre belongs to other telco or it's actually an existing digi prepaid?
If existing just walk in to digi center and consult with the Customer service directly.

I'm not too sure regardin careline doing ownership transfering since they need verification from both the owner of the prepaid and the one whom they are going to transfer.

I strongly suggest that it's better to walk into digicenters to get ur work done rather then doing it over the phone.

Actually if u want to do it directly around your neighbourhood DSS, i think the best way is to convert your mum's prepaid under your sup post.
For that one just require a photocopied ic of both ur mum and your's with front and back. It also requires both side's signature on the RA.
In this way u dont need to purposely come down to digicenters just to do transfer ownership for family pre. Because pre to post will auto transfer ownership to another user when that user switch from pre to post under different owner. This can be done by DSS's ODMS site which is available to only certain dss outlets.
From what i know, dss are not suppose to edit/modify any details on family prepaid side for existing numbers. This is suppose to be done by Digi staffs.

All prepaid cards are 64k and it shud have no problem for using it on any Huawei models unless originally sold as locked by that particular telco.
The person who is promoting might not be informative enough on the product itself or he simply wants the subsriber to opt for RM88 for higher commision. There's nothing to blame on their side because promoters are usually hired in a rush due to shortage of staffs. There are times where silly customers actually took 20-30mins to attack a whole lotsa of dumb questions on promoters.

Yes. They are encouraging customers to use cash deposit machine these days.
The machinese was suppose to collect payment by cheque,credit card,cash and bank card. BUt somehow they had send a couple of technicians and seems till now they only manage to get it to collect cash onry lol...
If there's a DSS inside the digicenter ,u can also pay cash over there. Juz that they dont use printed receipt but Handwritten.
If you need unbarring and check your balance u can also consult with them.
But be advise that dss can only check your total balance instead of your break down for each mth.

Total balance can also be check via OCS or *128*1*1# or you need to be the mainline of that a/c to scan your Mykad via their cash deposit machine.

Ya it's the most convenient method. Unfortunately alot pple prefer to waste petrol money to kacau the centre and dss outlets. Sometimes u'll see 5-6 pples raping a counter with only 1 poor consultant.
