i have some outstanding amount of gprs usage.
first, i never use my phone for online usage.
2nd, the time of gprs usage is around midnite?? 3am?
and it goes on consecutively in odd hours. wtf.

im using SE K550i. this is just plain weird as i never use the phone to surf or anything yet they still charge me quite an amount. asked them whats the reason they never tell me...

enlighten me please.

Log into OCS and Feedback to them, or go Digi Centre and shoot them or have ur phone check for virus?

Check if anything is running in the background. It may be some applications updating or phone auto update.

All right, DiGI EDGE is Now Dynamic IP, just tested, can DL from RS and HF, no more fix IP like last time, using N73 this is my speed.

I got a Digi line to test out for the WAP speed, I tried to get my notebook connect with the Hp via bluetooth, and using my phone(digi) as the modem to online, but it's completely sux.

but when i use my celcom to do like that, it's all fine. may i know whats the problem?

i just moved from prepaid to postpaid on november 14th. the guy at the shop said i have to have RM10 balance left on my prepaid and RM30 deposit (which he said will be used to deduct from my next bill). So i reloaded an extra RM10 and gave him RM30 for the deposit. when i check my OCS a week later or so, my billing cycle is stated as 16th november and i gotta pay RM1.25?

As at the moment, my current balance is RM28.75 and unbilled amount is RM7.3. Why RM28.75? What happened to my RM30 deposit? How does the calculation goes about? thanks
