if i take up the DG50 plan, and have a supp line under me, the calls between me and supp will be free?

hmmm i want to have a supp line under me, but my supp doesnt use his number often. i thought there used to be monthly charges for supp line RM5, and not monthly commitment of RM30 now for family plan?

just went to digi center to change from prepaid to postpaid cos i need the data unlimited package for my work emails and stuff... so sad cant supp my boyfriend under me. i thought we could share the DG50 pool money as i dont make calls that often

i just moved from prepaid to postpaid on november 14th. the guy at the shop said i have to have RM10 balance left on my prepaid and RM30 deposit (which he said will be used to deduct from my next bill). So i reloaded an extra RM10 and gave him RM30 for the deposit. when i check my OCS a week later or so, my billing cycle is stated as 16th november and i gotta pay RM1.25?

As at the moment, my current balance is RM28.75 and unbilled amount is RM7.3. Why RM28.75? What happened to my RM30 deposit? How does the calculation goes about? thanks

sei la... but my data unlimited works fine ... just the RM7.3 is the sms/calls charges. i called them to ask about data plan, and they said activated. just that now, the credits a bit messy!

why do i still need to pay RM1.25 when they said it will be deducted from my RM30 deposit. Sigh...

i live 5 mins away from klcc, will go to the digi service centre and ask later in the evening. thanks for the feedback

okay, so i went to digi service centre, and yes... RM1.25 has been deducted from my RM30. hence my current balance is RM28.75, and i will only know the amount payable on my next billing cycle. ... so far so good. i wonder where did the data unlimited plan costs go to? :\

Btw, in your itemised billing, what is service tax (access)? I kena RM3.90...
