3G for broadband has already been implemented.
3G for video call is yet to be implemented, rumour says end of this year but I personally think won't be that soon as DiGi is still expanding their broadband coverage.

I have just changed to Super Long Life. You MUST change to the new DiGi Prepaid RM1 plan before you will be able to get Super Long Life. So if you're on a previous plan, total charge would be RM33.

*128*7*2*1*1# for DiGi Prepaid RM1 plan
then
*128*4*3*1# for Super Long Life

Make sure you want to change before entering that, as IINM, it is up to the confirmation.

Added on August 28, 2009, 12:30 pmOh and, you can't go back to the previous plan after that.

Also I suggest you guys check your Friends and Family list after switching plans. Last time mine was wiped when I switched from Beyond to Super SMS. Thankfully I sent enough messages to reach the 50cents cap that day, else I would never know the list was gone.

Edit: I mean, I was sms-ing my fnf numbers, so felt weird why I received 50cent cap reached notification sms from digi. That's when I realized my fnf list was gone and I was charged 10cent per sms, instead of fnf rate of 1cent.

Added on August 30, 2009, 12:05 pmif a prepaid number subscribe under my DG family plan, the RM15 that transfer to prepaid number must be finished within the month or can carry forward to next month? as i know, RM15 wont transfer into normal credit but maybe freebies etc, right? is it mean cant get free sms or enjoy RM0.12 per min call after RM1 spend on sms?

I'm confused...did you convert from postpaid to prepaid or from prepaid to postpaid?

If you are using postpaid right now, I think you should have activated international roaming before leaving. IINM this is auto done if you have subscribed to postpaid for some time, but since you said you just converted last month, I think that's why you got no line...

hope they will provide us the cheaper data plan like Maxis postpaid: RM8/5mb per month,
felt quite expensive for RM6 with only 2mb data...

Just *128*1*1# will do, the problem is the billing system has problem, so the unbilled amount stated there may not be accurate. smile.gif
*
yeah the billing has problems. just want to ask for my friend, has anyone else experienced this when checking the postpaid bill statements. the call plan being used is digi business plan 100.

when the newest statement came for this month, there are call records that were omitted in the previous months being brought forward to the current month billing. ie current month call records should be 21st july to 20th august but the statement shows some records before 21st july like some in may and june added into it.

when i checked the previous months statements, this anomaly of previous months calls also appeared ie for the may statement there were call records for even january appearing in it. rclxub.gif by the way my friend normally does not check it.

she was only complaining about digi billing because her usual monthly bill was around 300 but from the most recent statement it jumped up to 700. shocking.gif i checked from all the statements there were no double listings so the call records from previous months appear real.

can digi actually carry forward from previous months call records and list it in the current month statement and charge us even though we can say that it was their oversight in the first place for not correctly capturing all call records properly before sending out the statements?

yeah, she is still complaining now to me... sweat.gif

yes coz if u are not on super sms but now u wanna opt for super sms plan... it's not available anymore... digi now ONLY have 1 plan available... that is the new digi prepaid rm1 plan...

fyi, if u have freebies credits... don switch to the new rm1 plan... it's not worth it as the deduction of ur freebies are not counted! doh.gif
