Thank you for the info, mate. After Googling further, it's confirmed that this feature was introduced at the end of last year. I'm a real slowpoke.. time to edit my posts or maybe close this thread.

My apologies to everyone for bringing up an old news.

I agree. There weren't any ads in the newspaper and on the TV. Also, this promotion is currently not on Digi's main page and it is somewhat hidden only as a small picture ad in the Prepaid section of Digi's site. Maybe they are only rolling out the MNS system as a small promotional method instead of replacing all new sim packs with that system.

ya, i know about this when put the 'information' on their website, jz like flash we can see on their website now.. felt it's interesting, so go to buy 1 n try it. i think if even old sim card also auto convert to blank sim card without number, it's great for us as consumer, haha..

No, because you need to attach the [img] tag on the signature column to get it worked.

MNP = Mobile Number Portability
Oh, then you are a MNP customer. For postpaid, you can't change in 3 months time.

as a postpaid sub, we expect better service and quality, espcially on the bill so that we can remit the payment on a timely manner.

however, if the billing system screwed up, it loses our confidence as a postpaid customer.

with an unpaid balance up to RM700++, how do we expect to safely and confidently use the service without worrying the bill?

yes, system will readjust itself, but question is *when* and *how accurate* will it be done?

how many bill cycles will it takes to rectify it? Who should we talk to for dispute after the adjustment? who can verify it then?

Just *128*1*1# will do, the problem is the billing system has problem, so the unbilled amount stated there may not be accurate. smile.gif
