Also bear in mind, most Nike are made of hi-tech artificial leather materials while most adidas are still using leather - softer and better "feel" but won't last if not cared properly. I'm talking about the boots of course. Have to agree though if ya talking about the futsal shoes...... my adinova indoors leather uppers are doing well, the sole is a different story!

And, yup like giotto said, it depends on how abusive the player is on their shoes / boots also.

Im looking forward to replacing it. This boots is beyond repair. I havent been wearing it regularly, so what happened was the place i stored the boots was too humid and the tongue of the shoes started melting. The tongue and laces are all sticky and mushy. But i continued to use it coz i hardly ever play field football. But last week after washing them, realised the heel part is gonna fall off. No point spending more money stitching the hell part. Its not cheap either, about RM40 to stitch a pair. I did that with my jogging shoes.

Crap! Time for the CTR360? Or ya getting the newer Tiempo?

Just FYI, one of my football mates also gotten the Predator X from PDS and the best part is he went for the customisation and put his name. Quite nice actually.

Added on January 25, 2010, 10:37 amIt has just come to my mind that if you're gonna paly alot of football in muddy and watery conditions, its best to go for synthetic materials boots. Why? Because synthetic material does not absorb water like leather does. In turn, you won't feel so heavy when running. Plus, you won't find it so hard to clean for example the Mercurial Vapors and F50's. Comparatively, leathered boots are more likely to absorb water and cleaning after a muddy game can be quite a pain in the arse.

Which is why if you are lazy to clean your boots after a game, make sure you play at GIS. Rain or shine, your boots are guaranteed to be clean, haha.

just bought it yesterday then straight away tested it out. damn naisssssssss control of ball is super nais. can't wait to play second game hahaha

the once used to be obsession is finally a possession now.

The T90 Laser is my friend's.. he bought from our teammate and i was asked to pass it to him during our friendly match.. my other friend initially bought it from Genting Nike Shop and sold it to the other guy for RM265 only.. apparently he got it very cheap, stock clearance again i guess..

Ish earlier i also thought of getting the customize version but then decided not to cos fear of tax.. how much ur fren bought it? Also didn't kena tax? Get some pics from him and share!


Ish why everyone thinks i'm rich just because i buy ONE shoe that only costs RM500+ every year.. i saved up all my money just to collect the Predators and i didn't spend on other stuffs oso.. unlike some ppl who spent on changing cellphones and car modifications.. those are really RICH!

Nope, he wasn't taxed for his shoes but the price is about RM600+ after everything.
