Fulamak, Balak already purchased Predator X. Well done dude! I'm glad i made you changed your mind to purchase online. Again, pray hard it wont get taxed and maybe you should make a vow that if it isn't taxed, you should abstain from scoring for 10 matches or so.

Problem is finding a friend in Langkawi.

However, do take note that to enter mainland Malaysia, you're subjected to customs check, just like any other entry point in Malaysia. If you're stopped, you have to pay a tax just like anyone else. However, this applies if you bring in by bulk. If 1 or 2, you can just say its for personal use.

Nike has stopped selling T-7's in Malaysia. The last batch of T-7's were sold couple of months back, i think the lucky guys here managed top buy the citrine green and bright yellow ones. Thats the only 2 batch they brought in. Now Nike is concentrating on the T5, T3 and T1's. I think they use to promote the T7,T5 and T3.

Nike prolly figured out that Malaysians don't value high end futsal shoes, but with an asking price of RM359, who wouldn't jump. However, most Nike stores that i've been to have had their T7's sold out.

use shoe polish to restore the moisture into the leather to keep them soft. most probably the boot got wet and you dried it under the sun, hence the leather hardened.

I am guessing cos you dry it under sun etc?

For drying the boots, I've read that its always best at room temp. So just let it dry by itself, stuff newspaper inside to dry the inside and keep changing the newspaper till dry. Dont expose to direct sunlight or heat. The leather will crack.

And also always clean the mud off the boots, also will make the leather crack.

Yeahhh my Adidas Predator X has been dispatched! Can't wait for my New Year gift to arrive! rclxm9.gif

While i wait for my baby to endure the long journey, is there anyone who has any recommendations on what type of shoe polishes or stuffs that can help keep my Predator in very good shape for a very long time without losing the softness of the leather soon? I guess i'm gonna visit some shoe shops too and ask for advices and recommendations too biggrin.gif

soundstream,

Sure definitely i'll do biggrin.gif

I also polished my previous Preds with Aqua Stop, everytime before i play.. it seems to cover the leather with a protection layer so that to prevent more water from soaking in the leather while you play.. it really protected my Preds for sometime i guess but i'm trying to look for more better and more reliable protection now..

Eh you play alot on soft ground? That's only after raining usually.. but when it's a dry pitch, your XTRX suffers the most and the studs will break easily soon.. unless you're having a 2nd pair of FG boots there..

That's like a casual shoe. What do you think about the sole? How much did it cost?

Im pretty sure this is for futsal. For a short period of time, i own a similar Umbro Valor SX boots before i sold it off due to wrong sizing. Its very similar to the shoes you posted here, with the Touch Control thingy that is made of Michelin technology.

I kinda like the touch control thingy, its soft, rubbery and grippy unlike the Predators. And there's no reason for a casual shoe to have that touch control because its made to kick better thats all.

Nevertheless, its still a nice shoes to wear for casual outings. There's no reason why you can't wear them outside.
