Ah... never knew that, considered buying one as they're quite snug fitting and feels like they won't slip

QUOTE(ahmar @ Jun 23 2011, 11:34 PM) Ankle guards are cheap. You can get some elastic ones or some band aid cotton type from the pharmacy and wrap around it. Much better. There are a few reasons why your ankle keeps straining, either you're using too much dependency on your stronger ankle, the playing field is imbalance, your futsal shoe plays a big part too, don't wear it too loose or too tight. The best measure is too stretch your ankle by twisting it slightly all round everyday! Yes I mean everyday. After playing, apply ice pack to flow the blood stream. If you do this after every futsal session, you will see improvement. I would also suggest do not go in challenge/tackle 100% like you use to, once it's crack, if you crack it again, it's double the damage, DD! If your upper body is heavier than your lower body, your legs are not strong enough to support your body. You need to strengthen your lower body, doing squats, leg press, leg pull in the gym if you can. If you can't, do the kungfu style squat for 10mins everyday to make it stronger. Stand on one leg and try to squat down and up again, vice versa do the other leg. |

QUOTE(skulless @ Jun 25 2011, 12:07 AM) Hope you're better. It's between Entry and Pro I would say. The 2nd grade. 1st being Total90 Laser (Close to what players wear), followed by Strike, and Shoot. And yes I'm pretty sure it's cheaper than here due to being off-season and seems to be they are trying to clear the stock. Not too sure about after delivery charges though. Are these boots good?
