Is al-ikhsan still the best place for boots etc? Or somewhere else?

Ankle guards are cheap. You can get some elastic ones or some band aid cotton type from the pharmacy and wrap around it. Much better.

There are a few reasons why your ankle keeps straining, either you're using too much dependency on your stronger ankle, the playing field is imbalance, your futsal shoe plays a big part too, don't wear it too loose or too tight. The best measure is too stretch your ankle by twisting it slightly all round everyday! Yes I mean everyday. After playing, apply ice pack to flow the blood stream. If you do this after every futsal session, you will see improvement. I would also suggest do not go in challenge/tackle 100% like you use to, once it's crack, if you crack it again, it's double the damage, DD!

If your upper body is heavier than your lower body, your legs are not strong enough to support your body. You need to strengthen your lower body, doing squats, leg press, leg pull in the gym if you can. If you can't, do the kungfu style squat for 10mins everyday to make it stronger. Stand on one leg and try to squat down and up again, vice versa do the other leg.

Hope you're better.

Are these boots good? I'm not sure about boots - entry/club/pro/elite?

Always try with whatever socks that you are going to wear in futsal our outdoor football match. That way you can feel which size is the most comfortable.

Whew..I was going to purchase some boots from pro-direct when I tried on some of the boots I intended to buy in my local sports store. Even the most expensive nike mercurial vapor supafly 2 doesn't fit with the shape of my feet!

I have wide and short feet and only the Tiempo and Super Ligera fits the best and most comfy. Total90 is 3rd choice. Talking bout impulse buy on the internet!

It will restraint your knee to such a way that you wont be able to kick the ball at full power. If you knee is playing up, the only cure is to make it stronger. Or if it's worst like mine, a knee reconstruction is the only way out. Work your thigh muscle.

Does this website sells legitimate authentic football boots? Seems to be cheaper than anywhere else.

Thanks.
