I am pretty sure some owners who has been long in the forum knows what Pai intention is about .. while there may be some optimistic, so be it .. we did what we can in the forum .. we didnt ask u to believe us .. but ask u to think .. when u use ur brain then it will make more sense than listening to someone who has made thousands of postings .. ANYway TS rm420k or rm450k none my business.for prospect..u think yourself b4 commited.we have brain to think.dun simply influenced by certain plp who think he is really expert.plp are selfish.he hold the stock ..of coz he wish to make it higher.same in stockmarket...analyst cover certain company and put a strong buy on it because this analys buy into this company.after the stock hit his target ,of coz he will run away and leave all those shit for u.THINK PROPERLY.PRICE HIGH NOW doesnt warrannty the future.TS already hit the high.,time to slow dow or keep in the 400k to 450k.

I called the number our '11 property sifu' Ken gave here n guess what............agent said no unit going for below 460k leh..............far cry from the 390k-420k claim leh.......

i think u guys brought up a good arguement .. it doesnt affect us .. we had put down all our opinion, it's up to them .. to summarize, the owners want to think that TS worth more than 450k, some dying for 770k .. while we see some so called potential buyer wants it at less than 450k, some willing to give more than 450k but still no owners want to sell at that price .. let's face it .. there will be ppl buying ur unit at 450k, 500k, or even 770k .. the potential buyer call themselves investor cos they see the higher potential of it .. some see them as water fish .. the owners are laughing to bank cos they finally got their burden off .. whatever it is, u make ur judgement .. u want to be investor or waterfish, it doesnt bother us .. i can just relate the history to u that TS owners were once very optimistic ... today, whatever the owners say, me and others see this is a 400k product .. this is just our opinion .. the owners can always find someone who offer higher value, someone who has more investment sense, someone who thinks it will go up 770k .. to me, the so called market price even at 450k has failed many owners earlier expectation .. and it did not however failed me .. i m sure forumers has better investment sense and analytical understanding to see the real value of TS .. |

I must say, this thread has been very entertaining. However it has been getting to personal & the name calling like “dog”, “stupid” & “retard” are definitely uncalled for. I have met Pai & Phoeni. They are definitely not the same person.
Ken8120, I know where you are coming from regarding the facade of TS but I think you are fighting a losing battle here. This is because Pai statement about the future prices of TS has the element of time whether you agree or disagree with his rationality. Let’s rewind back to your parents time when DSL in TTDI, Tmn Desa & Bangsar were going for 60-80k. If you told them back then that the houses will reach 1m, they will be calling you mad. Same situation here, sooner or later TS will reach 770k. It might take 5-20 years but Pai will get the last laugh on this. |
