i think when someone demands hard fact, he should do the same and not give irresponsible remarks ..
by claiming 770k when tamansari complete and then tell u "only god knows when" is so hilarious ..
i can also claim my prop increase by folds when our country reach developed nation ..
obviously someone is trying hard to confuse fellow forumers in believing TS will appreciate much further ..
in general, condo appreciates the most during construction, then at one point becomes rather stagnant and if not well maintained, will drop in value.
new development within vicinity has little impact on the existing condo especially when it is a self contained development .. least to say it is a different product offering altogether ..
ever wonder why ppl are buying new launches and not rushing to buy existing condo in nearby launches ?
