just went sales office..mana boleh jual b4 complete..they will tarik blk if loan not approve..even cash buyer cant transfer..tried twice dude ..how come you can? Block B going to 8th floor already..price for 8th floor now around 380++k ..if this price keep on coming buyers will senyum all the way..

i went to the site 2days ago.found out they are going to break down the showroom.How am i going to pay 3rd billing?? dont think my mum agree to send over to penang the bank draft..its 15% from actualy price..
any other cash buyer know where is their next office? |
