Any advise on which block is the better buy for TS?
Nearer to front gate/hospital or Vistana hotel? Pool or KL view? Facing south west or north east? Thanks. |

paid all the fees due last Mon and booked a date for inspection, which is almost a month from now.
now surveying for built-in KC and wardrobes. found one quite cheap: http://www.clskitchencabinet.com/promotions.html not sure about the quality though. anybody care to share? tq. |

speaking of TS value, how come regalia @ pwtc now is almost twice the market value of TS?

then maybe Vue Residence is better.
1000sqf at almost rm800k, same as Regalia. but density is a lot lower for Vue. |

i also have no problem renting to nurses working in GH.
even when i increase the rent, they didn't object. rent paid on time, no complaints and they like the convenience of near their workplace, amenities and public transport. |
