what u shud do is press the red button on the wii remote, and also the red button on the console.

The red button on the console is in the sd card clot, find a small opening under the CD slot. It'll be there.

I'm looking to get either a classic controller or a gamecube controller. So which one is better and more compatible? I don't play much VC games but mostly Wii games and maybe couple of WiiWare (maybe GC games if still available). GC controller is wired while classic controller is sort of "wireless" but I feel weird to 'hang' with Wii Remote Plus.
And do i need to get original nintendo GC controller for it to work on Wii or those china-made replica can do?

Hi! Need some advise here.

I have an unmodded NTSC-U wii and looking for the guitar hero warriors of rock bundle.

The set I saw in the shop was labelled for PAL system. Shopkeeper says compatible with NTSC-U wii.

Just want to check if someone has the same PAL game and it works with NTSC-U.

Not looking into modding.

Pal Wii games will not work with NTSC-U systems. That shopkeeper has no idea what he said.

thanks for the advise. Don't understand why shops are bringing PAL sets when we are getting the US wii.

From my experience, those shop sellers do not understand how the unmodded console and region lock works. To them is just modded console can play all sorts of thing. Of course they tell you NTSC-U console can play PAL games, because it does for modded console.
This is one of the reason they bring PAL console over, just mod it and ta-da!!
