Just giving a heads up that Maxsoft for some weird reason started sending out their official Wii in UAE packaging. Everything inside should be the same as the NTSC (US) version.

The only thing that can stop you from pirating games is your conscience, not copy protection.
Why do you need a PS3 to play original in the first place? All consoles and handhelds are already intended to be used with original softwares. :/

If I were you, I definitely won't update the firmware via the online update or I'll get the infamous 003 error. Perhaps the forumers here can teach you how to update safely, or you can usually ask the shop you bought your Wii from to perform the update (for a fee of course). If you read the instruction manual that comes with the game it clearly stated that "backup" or "archival" copies are not authorized and thus it's still illegal to rip the games from the original DVDs. |
