so far,i only used skynet,airpak,nation express,abx,poslaju..honestly poslaju the best so far ,other lambat or either thing comes in different shape

Whatever you do, don't use skynet

They didn't bother to ring the bell at all when they 'try' to deliver on Monday and then just dump their note in my postbox. I called and they say will deliver on Wednesday.

Today is Friday and I still haven't got my item and I've been calling since Wednesday and the stupid customer service refuses to pick up my call and today they pick up and say will deliver tomorrow. Let's see if anything happens. This is the WORST courier service I've ever seen.

23/11 Still NOTHING. Hooray! Use Skynet if you want your item to never get delivered!
25/11 Called the useless customer service and no one picks up. Wasting my credit away.
27/11 Item finally arrived in the evening by a man in an unmarked motorbike. So now Skynet has to sub out their work? No wonder so unefficient

Don't choose citylink express....rubbish courier service, provided slow service.

From klang valley to Ampang, take me 7 days...call to customer services. Useless

No help customer to follow up the problem...no fixing and no improve

i have been using skynet for months so i share some of my experience here.

I mostly do posting from KL to singapore, penang, ipoh and JB.

So some of my clients was not around ,
Every time where no one is in house,is ok they put a note, is fine.
When my client call back the number,the delivery guy told my client stating that they will not deliver this area after 4pm so my client was like,
"wtf so i don't need to go work and stay at house wait for you guys?
and they din't even state around what time they will come!"

when i called the center to check on what happen to the parcel they told me they will do their delivery until 7pm something till most parcel complete deliver!
the call center girl also did not bother to help me solving this issues just say accept the deal and facts.....

so what is this 4pm matter?! I did not know delivery guy is the boss now fixing own rules this and that

this had drag for 1 week! Imagine my parcel end up sitting in their warehouse collecting dust! and i myself are going down to those states already by that time!

if this happens why do i need to use your service then?

if you say kuantan flood or what i understand but i think Ipoh and those states i request are in good condition i assume.

These happens few times already end up i being scolded by my client!

I pay for more problems?!

From now on I will use Poslaju or other courier than skynet.

Just my experience sorry for being piss. LOL

i need some help here about self collect poslaju..

how is the procedure if i want to collect myself the item from poslaju office instead of let them delivered it to my home??
what time can i collect it??

i rent a flat, most of the time they didnt go up to my house or even call me to come down to collect the item..
it is so frustrating when you waited all day but end up they just leave the collection card in postbox..

on the consignee, you just write your name and contact, then the address put self-office at poslaju center "xxx". replace xxx with the nearest poslaju center to your house.

can you collect at the poslaju center office hours. upon arrival of your parcel at poslaju center, they will give you a call.

Did you all notice that Poslaju always like to claim the recipient was not at home or nobody at home and left you the notice even there were people at the time they claimed they were there?

Do your all know what is the cheapest charges for me to send out a doc <500g within Malaysia with not bad service quality?

Any possible to get more discount if I use it more frequently, around 300 doc send out per month?

Mostly receiver address is office but some is residential, mainly in klang valley area.

I selalu kena, posman malas tekan loceng tunggu orang buka pintu etc.

Both poslaju and Gdex is RM6 for whole malaysia. Others, I don't know.

Pos express is RM4.50. Probably the cheapest available.

Citylink is RM5.80 for klang valley, Outside klang valley is RM9.60.

Not surprised, they send mine to the wrong address...in the end I got frustrated I went to that wrong address to pick it up....didnt know it was my companies competitor, lucky no one saw me..

where is Ta-Q-Bin?
it's the only courier service that actually called me to make sure i'm in before sending
the rest just come expecting people are jobless can just wait for parcels at home
and they will send again the next day without calling, and after 2 trips, they send it back to sender

oh btw, GDex sucks too
