Fedex is good. I sent my document on Wednesday to US and was estimated to be arrived on Friday EST time but today is not arrived yet.
I emailed to them and asking for compensation as what I heard that they have this policy if it is delayed, then they will compensate on the courier fee.
Is that true?

Don't use Skynet... They came to my house and never press the bell or call.
Just put the slip and ask me to call xxxx to collect.

QUOTE(boringz @ Oct 8 2010, 01:36 PM) Both passes through customs the same. No 'easier' way from international couriers. Is the document important? I used fedex liao. Added on October 14, 2010, 11:22 amIt is hard to believe that when someone intended to schedule for second delivery due to the first delivery, there was no one at the premise. There was one note left for reschedule but your company requested customer to call back tomorrow to confirm for schedule. Then I was told that they can't make the 2nd delivery today because of "too many goods" to be delivered today. Is that the valid reason for 2nd delivery goods to be told to a customer? If it is, I would say that it is a bad service offered. This post has been edited by jack2: Oct 14 2010, 11:22 AM

I want to complaint about citylink whereby the sender sent the parcel on Friday and the location station has received on Saturday but they did not deliver it out. Reason: too many barang to hantar hari ini, so we only can send you on Monday. If you need fast, you can come to collect.
Can they give such lame excuse?

Did you all notice that Poslaju always like to claim the recipient was not at home or nobody at home and left you the notice even there were people at the time they claimed they were there?
