I mostly do posting from KL to singapore, penang, ipoh and JB.
So some of my clients was not around ,
Every time where no one is in house,is ok they put a note, is fine.
When my client call back the number,the delivery guy told my client stating that they will not deliver this area after 4pm so my client was like,
"wtf so i don't need to go work and stay at house wait for you guys?
and they din't even state around what time they will come!"
when i called the center to check on what happen to the parcel they told me they will do their delivery until 7pm something till most parcel complete deliver!
the call center girl also did not bother to help me solving this issues just say accept the deal and facts.....
so what is this 4pm matter?! I did not know delivery guy is the boss now
this had drag for 1 week! Imagine my parcel end up sitting in their warehouse collecting dust! and i myself are going down to those states already by that time!
if this happens why do i need to use your service then?
if you say kuantan flood or what i understand but i think Ipoh and those states i request are in good condition i assume.
These happens few times already end up i being scolded by my client!
I pay for more problems?!
From now on I will use Poslaju or other courier than skynet.
Just my experience sorry for being piss. LOL
