First time received parcel from Skynet, few years back. I was not home. At Office. suddenly got phone call. "Abang, saya dari skynet," I was like, dafuq? Im in the Terminator movies or what? I replied a long "okay.................... nak apa?"

HAHAHA LOL

But the service was okay. He came to my office to send the parcel since i was not at home.

Hi, any tips on how to avoid the volumetric weight charges with Poslaju?
They'll use the VW if one of the parcel's dimension is more than 30cm.

Most of my parcel are big and to use Poslaju prepaid box is RM30, my own box average RM23-RM25, never try the PoslajuPack 10 box yet.

Or you guys can suggest any courier services other than Poslaju, it don't have to be the next day delivery.

Today I experienced Nationwide Courier screwed up. They sent to wrong place even though the correct address stated in form they provide to write. I called up the sender place and they told me they have experienced few times of lost mail. Their operator told me their boy chop with other company chop as receiver but they have delivered to the right place. When going back to search for it nothing being found. "LOST".

Some of undelivered courier being kept quietly in their place as a result cannot find the place.

User Please refrain from using Nationwide Courier.

I had a parcel sent from Hong Kong on 7/1/14 by sea.
How long does it take for it to reach Malaysia?
And, will the tracking number change upon arriving here or I can just track the number at pos.com.my using the one I tracked on Hong Kong Post?
*
you can track it at pos.com.my. at the same time, they will assign their own local tracking no.

But can i choose not to give a return address??? Like if it can't reach just call me & keep it in the dhl office, i go collect myself. Is this possible or return address is a must?

**Main reason is I dont want this person to have my address.**
