Hi,
The wall cabinet normally start hanging above the wall tile ( if your wall tiles only stop around 5ft) OR start hanging 5ft from the floor (if you have full wall tiles in your kitchen).
*
For the wall tiles (Black White one) usually KC people will put the tiles on wall first then only setup the KC or the other way round?

Yeap, I plan to install a full wall tiles for my kitchen. So I guess 4ft is the standard height right? Hmmm, may be I should give a call to Patric@UK tongue.gif .

Note: I have checked with my electrician, he said that socket will be around 10 inches height from the bottom kitchen tops.

Erny Looi, I see many of your completed project were using Solid Surface for KC. I decided to use Tiles + Melamine board, do you have any sample project of this combination? Limited budget, so am trying to save bit.

Hi Erny, my kitchen already have 10' + 6' L shape concrete table with tiles.
Can you quote me the price for items below?
1) Kitchen cabinet (bottom) with doors and shelves with different material
2) Kitchen cabinet (bottom) door only with different material
3) What is the price difference between swing door and sliding door for kitchen cabinet?
4) Walk in wardrobe (6' x 10') anti-jump sliding door only with different material

Hi all,

I am new here and currently doing some budgetting for a kitchen for coming new house..will appreciate much if any LYN member could share their review on KC by Kubic in terms of material quality, installation workmanship and durability..had viewed their booth display recently and could only say quality is mid range and quite cost effective for those with tight budget..had been checking around for quotes from various KC companies and cost varies from RM17K to RM28K base on similar design.. rclxub.gif

This set of cabinet we use 3G glass door, solid surface table top, stainless steel plinth below cabinet.
Black + white + silver provide you a modern look kitchen. Of course the floor tiles and wall tiles play an important role when you choose the colour for your kitchen cabinet ~  biggrin.gif

Pls pm me the pricing and material as well. Tq

Must report back to say Unity Kitchen gave me very good service, and I'm happy with their end result. I dealt with Kim. Top job!

There were a few changes, some were unforeseen like bathroom cabinet door opening into the WC or the space where I wanted to put the fridge. I asked Unity to change the doors around, and they were very obliging to accommodate even though they had to make one new door.

The walk-in-wardrobe sliding door was not to spec at first (larger than what I specified), but they took it back to make right.

They even came back to drill a hole for my water filter tap on the quartz top after they've finished installing everything. smile.gif

So I will say that Unity is a good company to deal with, and their service is good and fast!
