Hi transforma,

For my information we Artak kitchen didn`t received any house owner complaint about door hinger & handle loose. If your door hinger & handle loose we surely will change the new one to you. We give customer 3 years warranty for all cabinet we supply, service free of charge.  I always go to site check all the works done by my workers but don`t have any problem as you mention. Many customer satisfy with our service, workmanship and price. You are which house owner? Why i don`t know got this problem happen?  rclxms.gif

Thanks,

Hi

Transforma

Are you sure you are dealing with Artak Kitchen?

They had done so many work in my house, They had done very good jobs and I don't have any bad complains. Yes we do have small defects and when we call them they will come and fix it. Glad to have them doing the jobs for our cabinets, kitchen, room and shoes rack.

And Antrak Kitchen workers are polite and quiet persons. Even with me that love to borak-borak, also terdiam. Hehehe. Anyway they are very sopan, work fast, ask you permission for things that they need to do and Jeff always check their work and will fixed it if you felt its wrong.

Are you sure comment purely just to comment or you have bad attention to Artak Kitchen. Tak baik maaa.

Yep, agreed. I would prefer to
go to kc maker who actually produce n
design the whole thing. It's better..mostly
all promote non cheap board or non melamine
material. Kena water habis.
However, unity service is good as per most forummer
commented. Produce artwork in half n hour with
details pricing.

I just want to share my bad experience with Corazon kitchen cabinet with all of you..

1. They promise that i can pay half of the price for the deposit and the other half after they've finish up their works but after that they want me to pay full price before they finish up their works or they don't want to continue their works.
2. They came and go as they like, in a week, they will come anytime they like.. maybe 2 days a week and they never mention me when they will come to my house or go back.
3. They promise to build the cabinet same as ikea cabinet scale but the size is different. I can't put any ikea accessories in their cabinet.
4. The finisihing work is not good enough... there's sharp edges at the cabinet door handle. I've make a complain to the boss but it's still the same.
5. The most dissapointed part is they promise to finish up their works within 1 day because they've come to my house 3 times to measure my kitchen, but when it's time for them to install the cabinet, they need more than a month and they keep asking about money.. That's the most bad thing..

I just wanna share this with all.. it's ok if anyone of you cannot accept this but i just want to share my experience. Thanks..

Seems to have a lot of problems dealing individually. Why not ask a'main' contractor to do all the job from kitchen, living, dining etc.? Save all the headache!

asking a 'main' contractor to do all the job will not solve your problem, in fact worsen the mess when that contractor himself is problematic, delay delivery, sloppy job, never go and supervise his worker.... then what for hire him to CREATE MORE MESS?

I had a very bad experience and now I believe engage things separately sometimes might be better.

IF and ONLY IF u manage to get a good contractor. But nowadays good/ethical business man are lesser and lesser...

yup, nowadays ethical businessmen are lesser. Customers wan to save money, businessmen want to maximize profit. In order to satisfy customers need for low prices and to close sales, some unethical businessmen reduce the quality, material and etc to cut cost. Before u buy anything or engage someone to do anything for u, think twice before giving the deposit, once u gave them, there is no turning back.

hi,

I am the owner of the red and black color kitchen cabinet. I have been following this thread since Nov. 2010 when I purchased a sub sales d/s house. The renovation took 3 months and me and my son moved in 2 weeks ago. This is the best thread to get information. Believed me when 2 KC companies did not even bother to reply and quoted me when I told them my initial budget was only rm6k after I have given them my plan. In the end, my final KC was almost triple that amount but it was worth it. Unity Kitchen price is still cheaper than most of them.

I am lucky that from this thread I found out about Unity Kitchen and Erny Looi. Other KC companies did not even bother to give me a 3D design of the proposed KC design except a hand drawn diagram. Even when I complaint that there was a scratched at the back to the door after the installation, they came to removed it and send back to the factory and replaced that part in just a few days. My heartfelt thanks to Erny, Nicole, Louise and the installation team for a job  well done. They are very professional and now my kitchen cabinet is the focus point of the house....even my grand daughter loves it. We just had a house warming party last Saturday and everyone was full of praise of the design and workmanship.

I have made a good and right decision to order the KC from Unity Kitchen and I do not have to go through the heartache of some unfortunate owners (which I sympathised with them) that has to go through heart pain and the time take for all the hassles.

Once again, thanks to Erny and his team. I am a 100% satisfied customer!

Thanks a lot! Glad to meet you too!

Becoz, those prefer to ceiling is for maximize storage spage, and in future will not leave the place can accumulate dust. Some prefer (normal) height becoz of budget problem and some becoz of they think the top part of the storage is dificult to use, for them is no meaning.

Agreed.

But it still depend on what the available space between it. Example: if only a feet, that not point as it may leaved around 9" space? but if 2 feets...hmmm than maybe good to spend to keep more rubbish brows.gif
