Should I install the tiles till top or should I leave the top cabinet area empty without tile and only tiles the middle level (between table top and top cabinet) once the cabinet fixed?

Finally get the Sink and tap out from my purchase list…and Thanks for promotion from Builders hardware (zheilwane) else can’t make the move to buy .
Get the Sink Sorento 2028F since that great discount and my HM like it so much Tap selected Fetone TF-6 after getting advice from Zheilwane father, who indeed a good advisor (but don’t expect to get much discount from him  1) Have a big sink but with small tap? 2) Why you want to spend so much yet another product is better and cheaper …3) Big Sink with Big tap…Endup getting 2 tap which cost of RM250…Attached thumbnail(s)

The external for the KC normally with be 3G, Acrylic, etc.
But the internally make up of solid wood or two pcs plywood join together or? Will this also part different on cost too? |
