......"Reverse to Buy on Dip Blue Chips As such, investors should reverse to Buy on Dip blue chips AMMB, Axiata, CIMB, Public Bank, Sime Darby, Tenaga and TM as the recent market correction has mostly neutralized their persistent overbought technical condition. Also switch from Take Profit to Buy on Dip oil & gas related stocks Dialog, Kencana and SapuraCrest given the strong buying support cushioning profit-taking and selling pressure which ensured shallow corrections. Meantime, actively traded lower liners such as Adventa, IRB, Vastalux, LFE Corp, Malaysia Steel, Notion VTEC and Carotech should continue to attract rotational buying interest...."
Notice SAAG name not mention at all in oil play.

SAAG is sagging. It is quite notorious for 'goreng'. Those trapped should average down if it falls by much but must cut it off when it rebounds. All in all, its outlook is far from clear, just like the case of KNM.

for those who want to average down, they need some capital injection so that the final average holding cost = 0.235 or lower. Next price hike unlikely to hit higher than 0.25, the market always gives a second chance for poeple to exit, but most of them want to hold for higher price.

In the first place .. averaging down on a down trend market/ stock is the sure way of losing more. The right way for this counter is to cut loss (sell it off) and wait for the upward wave to get in again (maybe at Zaman's 18 sen or maybe less)

Might consider this share for long run will need to wait for company share buy-back notice or something just my 2 cents

when shares are diluted, meaning your share price dropped automatically, because the percentage of stake you held in the company had been decreased

Aren't share issuance via conversion of borrowings to more shares hinted that the company is unable to return the money borrowed. Nor to get additional borrowings to return the money to the bondholders. Most of the dilutions have put top management cum shareholders shareholdings to below 5% whereby no disclosures are required to be announced to SC as well as putting them in a positive position if they have already parachuted from the company without the knowledge of the shareholders? I think forummers here should combined their resources and take over the management of SAAG. No offence to anybody just my idea. This post has been edited by alenac: Nov 1 2009, 10:52 PM

No one would know if the directors have already dumped the shares since they don't need to disclose it to Bursa. Here's the RM1million question, have they already done so?

Yes the next Million ringgit question is which top management would want to loosen control over the company if its doing well and in the process suffer dilution in control over the company. The answer is simply a company without any prospect and management without any resources to defend its position.

from the circumstances, i think most shares of saag are now flowing in the hands of public, because the Seychelles bond holder will convert to around 12% of shares each time (already done that trick a few times) and disposed all of them into the open market. and recently one more overseas company joined the party to get around 40m of shares
