These US$10 millions 5 years Exchangeable Bond carries an guaranteed annual interest of 12.5%
But the Bondholder choose to convert the Bond into SAAG shares within a month or so. Now ask youself having the 108 millions shares in hand is better than holding the Bond? Why? |

No need to argue, ppl who listen always live longer.
Let profit runs, cut loss short. Unlimited profit but always maintain limited small losses. 2 winning trades out of 5, still have better chance than holding on to losing trades |

QUOTE(MakanTidurSaham @ Oct 7 2009, 04:22 PM) Looks like the big seller of SAAG is the owner itself... If SAAG issued 52 millions shares to Stafford Investments Limited, why Stafford cannot sell the shares? I hope they continue throwing 10 millions shares a day for next 5 five days.Wednesday, 7 Oct 2009 11:43AM SAAG-Quotation for 52,282,300 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each pursuant to The next coming announcement would be Stafford Investments Limited (52,282,3000 Shares Acquired) Then, Stafford Investments Limited will keep on selling 10 sen shares at 0.20+ Stafford Investments Limited is just a proxy of SAAG owners for shorting their own stock. We the unfortunate ones are suckers to buy and holding SAAG all this while... This is the conspiracy of the rich! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Try look at the trade details of this stock. Pay attention to the short sell section, it's stated "Not Allowed" Meaning they found a loopholes to allow them to short their own stock. Can we file a complain to bursa saham Malaysia? |

QUOTE(sjz @ Oct 7 2009, 06:51 PM) this is true, the company keep on issuing new shares, mostly to the Seychelles culprit and some to their employees. SAAG is selling to their employees thru ESOS at 14 cents a share, sell lah waiting for what? check their annoucement for the pass months. even their major share holder's stake percentage in the company had dropped from 11.x% to 4.x% within the pass ONE YEAR. Everyday employees buy ESOS shares and sells. |

The latest Q2 accounts hinted there are signs of tight cashflow problems in SAAG.
Profit from operations = 5.8 mil Finance costs = 9.4 mil Wait for Q3 financial results for confirmation, SAAG is another Oilcorp wanabee or not |

for those who want to average down, they need some capital injection so that the final average holding cost = 0.235 or lower. Next price hike unlikely to hit higher than 0.25, the market always gives a second chance for poeple to exit, but most of them want to hold for higher price.

what is the point of being right about which direction SAAG price is going, if you can't make money if you are correct. How about offering a $20K per contract put or call option (depending you are bearish or bullish) for us to takeup. People will keep quite when they pay expensive tuition fees.

QUOTE(MakanTidurSaham @ Nov 17 2010, 12:31 PM) Thank you for your support skiddtrader. Are you having menopause lately or something? My comments on SAAG significantly affecting their games on manipulating the stock price of SAAG. That's why you see them spending so much time debating me on SAAG. These people are quietly buying back up all SAAG's share now with multiple CDS account with different brokers in various investment firms. |
