TRUE RM300 lah  sweat.gif Whereas the Xigmatek only RM110-RM130  laugh.gif

BTW fylon, are you using the bolt through kit for your Xigmatek or just the normal push pins?

Haha.. I also TerBeli from edmin.. Some more got personal courier le. The item sent to my house after 2 hrs placed order. brows.gif

P/s: Definitely not edmin, but another fren of mine that keep showing his result of his Pantex K10. At the end kena poison kaw kaw.

@Pengster
Honestly, go for RS if u on tight budget like me. Alot of review had pointed out, RS only like 1-3'c different from TRUE. So, why spent more right? Rather spend the extra penny for CM 90cfm fan. brows.gif Hm.. Im using hte bolt through kit bro.

Anyways, Edmin's true is a steal, he got it for RM220 if not mistaken. Ofcause used unit. But still shine. laugh.gif

Ooh okay. Contemplating whether to get the crossbow or not. If I get it then have to take out everything again doh.gif

There's a 2nd hand TRUE @ Garage Sales for RM200 whistling.gif

I might get that. RM200 for a TRUE sounds tempting. But I've heard that it needs to be lapped to perform better. Is that true? laugh.gif

The south bridge hot causing slow transfer rate to the HDD i think. Get a small fan to cool down the south bridge and see if helps of not.
*
put a heatsink at there, i dint put fan, cant find a similar size fan..
well after put heatsink is better, i just put it 45 degree the casing, so that the heatsink can touch the Sbridge, i dont want to put thermal paste as still under warranty, now ur idea? RMA??

@duncan880409, i don't know what is the nature of the Raffles Southbridge chipset behaves.If after RMA is still hot then what you can do is just add another heatsink with thermal paste with a fan to cool it down. What chipset is the southbridge?

yea, best way is to add thermal paste and heatsink fan on the southbridge and test the results.

most of the 478 mobo's southbridge dont come with heatsink. only northbridge. weird that your southbridge is hot. hmm.gif

stick a small heatsink on the chip + thermal paste will do. haha... reminds me of my audigy having a small sink on its main processor modded by ed. thumbup.gif

@kabu
yeah, i modded it before passing it 2 u. that's not mine though, my friend's unit. shows that anything can be modded for better performance depending on creativity. my new xfi is bare card, no heat sink on board, and i m feeling skeptical since my ex-xfi has one...

@dlwl,
your casing side panel cannot be closed if you installed the RS on your mobo, lol... how's your TMG i2 performing compared to stock?
