seems like it, e8xxx series also looks like a considerable option, for those who dont really require a quaddie.
but for me, i see amd's option as a better alternative, coz i read that current socket am3 will be around for quite some time. |

QUOTE(ravewar @ Nov 7 2009, 03:15 PM) Best proc from LGA775? QX9650? That one will be very expensive still.QUOTE(dlwl @ Nov 7 2009, 03:41 PM) seems like it, e8xxx series also looks like a considerable option, for those who dont really require a quaddie. If you notice the price of E8400 and Q8400 is about similar. Best price over performance(multitasking) is still vote to Q8400.but for me, i see amd's option as a better alternative, coz i read that current socket am3 will be around for quite some time. |

Me just down clock to default few days ago, I don't see any real performance instead of increasing the rating number. Summore I am using the chicken brand psu and yesterday ordered a cm storm scout casing from lingloong, the case itself comes with bling2 fans top, rear and front + if overclocking I am afraid I'll stress and burn the psu. Next month if budget permits, I am going to order the xigmatek 500w psu also from him. |

For normal net surfing of course the clock doesn't help you much, but in gaming it helps a lot. How much is the CM Storm Scout? |
