i have a question, i have an asus p4p800 mobo, the processor fan socket already broken one side, is there anyhow to find the fan socket for the mobo only? not the HSF one

asus ati 9550ge 256mb. i don't know if can support or not and im using cap ayam psu which says 220v behind the psu.

220v can support meh or do you think i need to change a new psu?
i scare later 24" it will juice out on the graphics card then tak cukup power.

i wanna ask ah? im using p4 s478 2.6ghz. how come when i play 1080p movie, it lags? but atom can handle it?

i'm not a pro but can it be because
1)of under powered PSU to push juice for my processor?
2) my mobo fan socket rosak then the fan is not properly placed and my processor is at around 65-70degree when i check at the bios there.

handles with no problem now. gonna get new thermal later.
