for own stay is okay; low density 2 blocks only.

4 break in one go, last friday in the Peak, Puteri 12. Modus Operandi as per last year . But this time not Accord with 3 chinamen, they have upgraded to CRV, looks like new model. But the break in time is still between 11am to 2pm. They will be back again in 2-3 months.

Personally I feel P12 guard is really lousy. Myself been to P12 few times to visit friends and the guard not even bothering to look on me or ask for where I'm going before letting me to enter the guardhouse. I wonder if P12 residents can tolerate with such type of lenient guard which causing occsionally break-in.

Yoki,

Anything is possible. As the guards are there at the entry point everyday and can notice who has gone in and out. A series of repeat break in for the past 2 years and the range of timing is similar

ronn77

Got to agree with u on that.

I posted the similar comment as you about the poor security level in P12. I am rather surprise some residents like Tohsan actually praised P12 security to the sky.
