can anyone review what's the adv and disadv upgrading to 3.1.2 ??? im using 3.0.1 now and its doing fine... btw im using iphone 3gs

i charged my iphone for 2 hours plus already but the battery indicator still showing 95%... i just upgraded to 3.12 JB with blackra1n.
any idea?
