Try to check the configuration in your Bold

Options>MMS>
Multimedia Reception: Always
Automatic Retrieval: Always

Leave it unticked for the rest

did it but cant recieve MMS .. found fro other forum told that need to register back under Options -> advance options -> host routing table ( my BB write *No Entries*

FYI my set is unlock set from oversea and i'm using celcom .tQ

I got a problem with my Bold.

The set is from Maxis without contract.

Service is with Celcom BIS.

All my incoming calls are displayed as Unknown Number. Even if the caller is part of my contact list.

Any idea what is the problem and how to solve it?

From home screen press the "call" button and press the Berry logo scroll down go to options.
Go to General Options>
- Restrict My Identity: Network Determined
- Show "My Number": Yes

and:

Phone Options > Smart Dialing
- Country Code: +60
- Area Code: Leave Blank

and:

From home screen press Berry logo
Go to Options >Security Options >General Settings and check Content Protection. See if you can set "include address book" to "No."

oic... u are not using BlackBery Internet Service.. have u check the wap settings or set it manually?

What i know Host Routing Table will appear only if subscribe to the BlackBerry service

i'm currently using old blackberry and iPhone 3G....i plan to upgrade to bold or storm....which one is better? because from what i know, storm is lagging then bold...

Get the Bold. The Storm has issues.

U already have iPhone as ur touch screen device then better get a Bold which have full qwerty keyboard

The vendor (RIM) always update the OS regularly, however im not using storm so cant comment much about the device issues. why dont u try ask the storm user in the storm section

I hate it when people give out advice to other people without elaborating.

I have the Storm from celcom and I have no issues with it whatsoever, I'm enjoying every minute on my Storm.
So do 5 of my best friends who have the Storm from celcom/maxis.

Most of the issues on the Storm that people read from teh internet are related to the old OS, version .075, from US carrier Verizon.
My unit from celcom has the later .122 version of the OS, there is a huge improvement between the 2 versions
