there is no way u could found 9700 totally brand new set for brightstar. Unless if any dealer keeping old stock.
BIG REMINDER,do check the BUYR to see the phone's usages such as talk time and data.
most dealer sell recond or used BB and claimed it by saying its brand new. Many of my customer encounter this.

-some ap provide 18months warranty. Most of them does not cover LCD warranty, maybe they cover it for 3months top. As for battery and accessories,they might give u the local version. Not original.
-For ap u have to go back to the original shop u purchase to claim warranty.
-Most AP selling recond bb. Be a good buyer by learn how to verify urs is recondition or brand new.

-If there is any hardware issue for brightstar set, they will replace new board without changing the particular faulty parts.
-There is a case that some dealer sell reconditioned brightstar set too, aka 2nd hand.
