No updates can be done via OS X. Get a Windows PC with DM to do the upgrade.

hi...i am using BB storm. Donno y my contacts are empty after i sync it. The contacts are there when i go to the phone section but if i go into contacts, it is not there....anyone can help me?

have u set the sync options from phone to desktop?

i think i do some random setting on my wifi setting..

i can connect to the wifi..like yesterday i go to starbucks.

it say connect but then i can browse..no flash either..how do i want to register..

and 1 more thinks i want to ask..if in here some one put "spoiler" can we open it? cos i cant open spoiler..

yes u can browse by using wifi.. i dont think u can open spoiler, because when i try to multi quote using my BB failed

i can search the wifi..can connect..but when it comes to the browser and i go for yahoo..it wont work..i forgot what message pop up..but its clearly tells me that i cant use the wifi..

but the wifi is in open for public.

ok i want to register for BB from Celcom, but got few question

i) Does the committment fee RM148/month include broadband i.e 3G usage?
- Cust Service said BB using its own 'unlimited internet service'; meaning if i take the sim to non BB, i have to pay 3G rate

ii) Can I get a BB phone seperately and purchase 3G broadband at RM68; and still get same BB experience?

Data Services must be ON in order for you to use wifi (thou i may sound unrelated but it actually does)

i like to ask why my BB Storm's batt drains very super fast?..
i mean i have to recharge everyday!
i'm an average user..i had turn off bluetooth...reduce the display light..but still ..
some say that we have to update to latest firmware..n i have the latest firmware(maybe not )...

is ur set celcom, maxis or AP set? maybe the battery not original

I have to recharge it everyday too(3G on full day, backlight 10 , bluetooth off). But how also it is still much better than the iPhone if all services are ON.

hi.wanna ask bb storm users. I saw a video from youtube shows his bb storm screen is non scratchable.. would like to double confirm is it true?

he tested with knife and keys and the screen is still nice..no scratches..

Nope it's not true. I have to change mine(screen protector) because of the scratches after a few weeks usage.
