but about sengoku and garp.i honestly dont think they have DF powers. sengoku, looks like chinese sifu leh with his beard and glasses. i bet he is a taijutsu expert. and does some kung fu & haki. i think garp is just strong. i think he is a haki master. thats probably why they always team up. super strength + haki + kung fu = win? maybe.... must be...

Most likely Garp and Sengoku are Rokushiki users but maybe a level higher than CP9.

Since Coby also train to learn Rokushiki under Garp.

maybe Garp's DF is an insect zoan. Imagine this-

Something to ponder, why Garp who is known as the Marine Hero is only a Vice-Admiral? Someone in his position should be at least second to none of Sengoku's rank and not to mention, he's respectfully strong according to the spoiler~

If you read OP ep 0, he actually refused the promotions

one of the reason was probably because he don't wanna confront his family members of rebels and pirates so often (higher ranking officer will have to participate in fights like this war)

Well in the episode 0, he did said that his current position (Vice Admiral) is already enough for him to participate in any battle with Roger. IMO, Vice Admiral is the high-ranking officer usually fielded when fighting rebels and pirates (including Buster Call which requires five Vice-Admirals), while Admirals usually go out for certain cases only (like in Tenryuubito case), and Fleet Admiral even rarer (war with Whitebeard).
