but than somebody 'racun' my mind to buy this ASUS K 40 AB

here is the spec.....

AMD Althon64 X2 QL64
ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD4570 with 512MB DDR2 VRAM
additional altec lansing speaker

and most importantly...... this lappy is cooler//////

so which is better .........?????

why lappy is so hard to choose.............

@tictac . izzit danger to flash the bios ?i scare to flash because before this , i flash my desktop bios until cant boot at last need sent to waranty ,
any precaution need to consider when want to flash bios? i know you have many experience dealing with the bios ,

ur windows ultimate is ori or *ahem* ?

based on specs that ASUS is faster than CQ40 but if the battery capacity is the same, it might have worst battery life because Athlon has higher TDP than Turion and 4570 is faster than 3450 thus requires more power. If battery life is not important, I will get the ASUS.

You can download RC1 v7100 from Microsoft or there are lots of leaked builds around the net with the latest one is pre-RTM v7264. I would install the latest build because its stable and you can still use the beta key provided by Microsoft.

Close all running programs and start the flash the process. Make sure power is connected to power outlet. I have flashed almost every BIOS version since the earliest release and have no problems.

First, you look at the size of you wallet. If your wallet permits it, then buy it, if not, then get another cq40.
By the way, how much that ASUS K40 AB cost?

If u wan to change the processor, then u also nid to change the motherboard togather cos the chip for amd n intel are diff. So wan change processor = change laptop....
