amd fusion laptop is out on market now. Price also cheap. Very tempted to jump ship

my cq40 reach 2 3/5 years already and the cpu are totally burning up + the graphic is totalled~ lol
my max fps even for surfing is 10-15.
wth, technician at shop said the graphic fried

really need the tutorial to disassemble it.

better get a new laptop.. AMD fusion laptop damn cheap. rm1.4k only...

thinking to switch to MSI, you think it really worth it?

this is undoubtedly the most unreliable laptop ive ever used lol.
sure it was cheap for its specs at the time. but alas... it was beaten shortly afterward by the popular Asus K40AB with better specs at around the same price, making alot of CQ40 users like me cringe in their sleep.

adapter got busted, fan got really loud (even after turning down the processor voltages a notch), battery died due to the heat.

not to mention the lousy design, stupid fan placement (hot air is essentially blowing back toward the laptop as it is placed at a curve toward the floor), uncomfy touch pad (the touchpad aread is not smooth at all), and your left hand gets sweaty easily as the hard disk is right below your left hand rest area.

and i noticed that the HD3450 gc speed is locked at 250mhz, when it should be 500mhz. no way to unlock it, the gc firmware is unflashable as it is together with the laptop firmware.

the tons of diy vids on youtube of this particular model shows that it's quite a shitty laptop.

Guys, mine just got busted yesterday.

Won't even enter Windows boot screen.

After I switched on the power, the caps lock and num lock signal keep blinking, and the display is pitch black.

Anyone can tell me what's the prob?

So sad. My first laptop. The warranty is out already. The battery is also killed.
