Hi, my compaq cq clock is getting slower and slower, i suspect the cmos battery need replacement oledi.
Where can I change the batttery? I heard need to dismantle the whole computer and service charge alone is rm60. so expensive meh? |

CMOS battery normally can last 3-5yrs. Don't this it's hardware problem. What do you mean by clock getting slower?Where can I change the batttery? CQ40 115AU user here. My lappie fan I suspect, so loud now. If I play PES2010 or WCIII it'll emit the sound. And produce heat also. If play WCIII got lag a bit. Whats the problem actually? You guys help are much appreciated.

Seems quite terrible that it can't play WCIII in its best mode. Even Intel's onboard graphic is a lot better in a way.

finally, i'm able to update the driver after dozen of restart...
i was having problem using driver in catalyst 9.11...so use v9.9...after a couple of restart i did it... tq for ur help |

My laptop is going to be 1 year old soon. is there anyway to check the repair progress in HP tower via online/phone? my laptop has been away for a month, after returned from RMA the first time, it KOed within 30 minutes, then send again, till now still waiting.
