Hi, my compaq cq clock is getting slower and slower, i suspect the cmos battery need replacement oledi.

Where can I change the batttery?
I heard need to dismantle the whole computer and service charge alone is rm60. so expensive meh?

I bought cq40 last year around June 2009 and the drivers given by the shop is Windows Vista, and i m using Vista.

If now i re-install it with Windows7, question:
1. Can it run on Windows7 ?
2. Where can I find its drivers for Windows7? Or can i use the Vista drivers ?

1. If i reinstall with Windows7 64bit in my CQ40-401AU, where can i find the driver for its webcam?
Compaq website does not have this driver leh.

2. Any one here using CQ40-401AU and install with Windows7 64bit pls? Any problem faced by you?

I have CQ40-401AU.

Just installed Belkin N300 wireless modem router, but my cq40 only shows connection at 54Mbps. With N300 wireless router, suppose to be 300MBPS right????
