I came acrosss some shrimps sold as food for arowanas / crayfish..transparent and very cheap. What are they called? Can they live in a planted tank?

Having ADA soil doesnt mean = high tech.. It's basically what plants you keep and how you keep it... What you're looking for maybe it's a Low maintenance tank.. Also, I said that coz you mentioned you want to start a new low tech set-up? IMHO, improve on your current one first. Multiple tank syndrome is common.. and maintaining more than 2 tanks can be a pain at times. Drew |

Hi guys,
Any idea how to trim vivipara? Little plant let is sprouting on the tip. Can I trimmed it all the way down just like hairgrass since I want a more uniformed height? |

i see... any method to let my moss grow faster than stick to the wood ? because most of them are not likely to stick to the wood instead float on water..

depends on what moss u have...
not all moss can stick to the wood... for me, the taiwan moss for sure cannot stick... java moss, yes... |
