i love the auto cruise Function on the sidewinder x6, but too bad it doesn't have ghosting effect like razerkeyboards, so that i can keep the Alt on auto cruise and use other keys to execute commands....

Well guys ... I feel weird about the X8 ...
You know X8 Scroll or even the original are not smooth while you get it in new but after a month on spamming scroll, my scroll become super smooth + precision than G9 especially a drag down scroll it did smooth and precise ... glad to see the "hidden" ability ..... >< well for metal scroll I think the sliping issue still not a yet because the scroll ring they designed with many needly texture for preventing slip out =) which is another upside |

Did you just say your scroll is super-smooth? You do know the G9's scroll is the non-stop rolling one right? Eg. Cruise scroll.. Mine's still stiff...

G9 well non-stop rolling but it comes the problem which the rolling but scroll delay .... G9 in non-stop mode will not show very "smooth" when scroll down, honestly even the micro wheel only allows u to scroll down automatically for a certain time by roll it down but when you try to use it as like normal scroll and beg for smooth a like sorry it don't Actually I do apologize that I'm using "Super Smooth" in X8 .... the scroll did smooth while I drag the scroll down, it gives a nicely feel in my finger =) but compare to default scroll down still a little hard, however still improve =) while G9 is getting opposite .... my microwheel since shorten down the auto rolling period =_= but still not much used on that =P This post has been edited by wingster: Jun 4 2009, 06:08 PM |

Update: Intellitype and Intellipoint (aka the software that works with your sidewinders) has a new version - 7.0 - which is mainly released for Windows 7 users. |

QUOTE(Enigmare @ Jun 5 2009, 03:15 PM) What are you talking about?? I mean like u hold your scroll and do a scroll drag (like pull ur scroll X_X sorry for my English explanation) ..... Update: Intellitype and Intellipoint (aka the software that works with your sidewinders) has a new version - 7.0 - which is mainly released for Windows 7 users. I always do standby my finger for a scroll drag while switching weapon in any FPS games =) Added on June 6, 2009, 12:45 pm QUOTE(masashi89 @ Jun 5 2009, 09:19 PM) 50% Charge 30 min ~ 1 Hour for 5 hours hardcore and 12 hours normal gameplay or web surfing (depends how u use ur mouse) 100% Charge 2 hours .... 10++ hours hardcore and 3-week gameplay or web surfing (depends how u use ur mouse) Hardcore means that u massive using the dpi changes, macro, record macro function also keep turning ur mouse around =) This post has been edited by wingster: Jun 6 2009, 12:45 PM |
