Forgive and Forget, Living in the Past is Time Consuming
|
Yup was at the official clubhouse (Modesto's Sri Hartamas) with plokoon, and the atmosphere there has always been electric. Glad for plokoon to finally be able to join in the singing, putting all your good knowledge on the lyrics and songs to good use! As for the game itself, of course am glad that we won, but had the feeling that our season ended abruptly I think, when we could have been much more closer to the other titles. Having said that, the boys and GH did well in getting the season back on track from Jan 2009, and it has truly indeed been a BLUE half of the season from then onwards. Here's hoping the next Manager brings in the stability and new signings as well to replace our aging squad, our pace may be caught out when other teams start getting in new, pacey and tricky players. Until the next season begins, KTBFFH guys and be prepared for silly season!

damn i'm late. bloody hell had connection problems. haha mad picked an uber spot at hartamas square 2 watch the game..with a group of chelsea fans beside us and another in front! didn't know a single one of them, but we cheered as one. and turned up the volume a few notches so the solo evertonian on the left could hear us loud and clear.haha. something definitely clicked in the players' heads as soon as the first goal went in. they all looked focused and determined to break everton down. that's what we all love about chelsea. that never say die attitude and fighting spirit! what a time for lamps to hit his 20th as well. superb strike that knocked the stuffing out of everton. malouda ended it as a contest but as usual the officials tried their level best to deny us the trophy..we fought to the bitter end and showed them this chelsea side will not be denied..thank you Guus! final score : chelsea 2 - 1 everton, 0 (hopelessly incompetent officials) and justice prevails.

Getting Started

WELCOME CARLO ANCELOTTI ..
Chelsea Football Club is delighted to announce that Carlo Ancelotti has agreed to become our new manager.
He has signed a three year contract and will start on July 1, 2009.
Carlo was the outstanding candidate for the job. He has proved over a long period his ability to build teams that challenged for, and have been successful in, major domestic and European competitions.
He also had a highly successful playing career in those competitions and therefore brings unparalleled all round experience to the job.

With his record in Europe, let's hope that we can win it next season. But of course, I would love to see the lads to be crowned as EPL champions again, that's the first priority. Anyway, welcome Carlo! Come on, Chels!

so its official now but he doesnt speak english hor? gona be hard time communicating with our squad... n he's more like a midfield play more than winger/flank type.. i wonder what sort of playstyle he is going to bring in soon.. coz IINM, we are playing generally 4-3-3 right? or 4-1-2-3...

Maybe he will reintroduce his famous AC Milan "Christmas tree" formation into our squad next season. But in order to do that, we need to buy a playmaker type of player.
