I think SuperFrankie can be considered a playmaker? His passes are brilliant and so well timed. He has a great vision of the gameplay. You don't have to go far, just look at his consecutive records of scoring 20plus goals and 20 over assists every single season. Perhaps, he may be aging but I still think he still has alot to offer. If there's one player who could fill his shoes, it'd be Diego from Werder Bremen(or Juventus now). I was really hoping he'd come to Chelsea..

well, ratio is one thing, but still mourinho holds the most consistency among the top 3 with a whooping 185 matches.

Added on June 1, 2009, 7:57 pmhe's already said that he is getting better at being a playmaker as he age. with more experience under his legs, he knows when to go for the shot and when to make brilliant passes. unlike when he was younger, he said he'd always tried new things that might not be right sometimes

Which is why I compared winning ratio wise.

But time is still a factor, I hope the management is already scouting far and wide for a proper replacement. FL's a LEGEND!

uh.. after watching the video, im getting a little worried. i hope its not another scolari. im not doubting that that carlo will face the same problems as scolari as both of them are really great coaches, but as usual, the chelsea boss hot seat does not have the pleasure of time.

hmm i noticed carlo didn't bring his backroom staff with him..i think it would be great for wilkins and clement to remain deeply involved with the first team. maybe then finally when can see one or two youngsters make the grade!

haha indeed it does. but apparently carlo was his first choice. gotta hand it to him...he got ancelotti in right after our season ended so the new guy will have more than enough time to acquaint himself with the players, pre-season and all that other stuff. milan's players and president were desperate to hold on to him as well so that's a good sign.
