I bought a new cw16 few days ago and the window has been undergoing update installation for more than 12 hours.... Does anyone experience the same condition?

well that odd, even updating the whole production plan of some 50 computers dint take that long

If planning for the i5 model, then definitely worth to wait

if taking the i3 model then... perhaps still can consider the SR since i3 performance isn't that much gain from C2D.

i5 with Turboboost. Seriously WTF

and the upcoming Z will feature Quad SSD running on RAID. Transferring 1GB of file only takes 4 seconds compared to the older model which takes about 20+ seconds (7,200rpm HDD).

The s series the more exp is i5?hmmm.was meaning to ask what's turbo boost for.hege

turbo boost means, it shutdown other core to let one core or two core(if quad core i7) overclocked.

Oh ok.thanks..would the specs of the high s series be worth it around 5.3k?what i like is the keboard backlight..hehe.was ready for sr 55 but these models are tempting

its nothing weird. since they are having clearance sale, hence those price offer. looks like at SonyCentre Best Denki.

If CW price become RM 2,000 then something fishy must be going on.

Those are only clearance price and the margin isn't that high.

SR43 still available? so sr55 finished edy, sr43 is older then the sr55 rite? should me cheaper if it true.

i'm also keep an eye on SR55 (RM4299)..too bad no stock..
guess i'll be waiting for new model vaio S & Z-series
