Why I alwiz getting laptop which is phasing out soon??

Last time by the time I purchased the XPS M1210, it obsoleted in the next 6 months.

Now what? SONY pulak??

the bottom line is, you cant catch up with technology. just be happy with what you have. my Z gonna be serve me for 3 years at least before i decide for new one. the new model sure is always there but my wild guess those new line up will be officially available for consumer around Q2/2010 or Q3. so thats a long wait if you have to do. not to mention that Sony Malaysia always get new stuff late..so yeah.

for what?

can start checking out new models on Q1 10. Some will be their spring collection. Expected full line up for their summer collection.

SR is going to be phased out and replaced with S, all FW will be replaced with F. Expected new colors for Vaio X, P and CW.

bro, dun regret of wut u got there..even if u get a new line up, there's always a newer line up in the market..it never stops..try to use it for a while 1st b4 u give up..haha, if u get SR series earlier as i suggested, sure i'll ask u the price for it..lol

are you willing to fork out RM7,999 for the Vaio F?

Saw the F series spec on the site given, the only difference was the proc and gc.
Safe to say that I can use mine for at least 2 3 years

nope, it would not run HD movies at smooth speed sadly. you have to do some tweaks for that. and to play safe, try to get better cpu rather than atom to meet your requiremnt mention above.
