did you went to the hearing today? they din turn up rite?
I went to the hearing this morning. got the award, now need to think of how to give the award if they don wan to open their door.

my hearing date is at 24/5...2 weeks later..they who scammed u their office also at kuchai lama de?? they at upstairs and always dunwan open the door....how u giv them ur borang1?? via ar register pos???

mine is MD & BG enterprise. their office at taman danau desa. donno whether they still there.
I went with one of my fren. I pretend go there to take the digital stove mannual. then when they open the door I move in fast and take out the form. my fren help to take photo. then they have to chop and sign since I already have evidence. need to wait damn long for them to open the door.

md & bg enterprise has closed down. but their staff still there. they refused to accept my award. anyone know what I shall do now?

contact member of parliamement4help....i suggest u to contact YB chai tian qiang...he's the people representative there....(mr chin:0136836862) YB's assistant....tell him ur situation....

where can I find YB? I think I need to go to his office to talk to him. Do you know where is his office?

btw, I went to ttpm again and ask for help. they told me to send to the company owner's house. and must prove that I have sent him the award document.
I expect he won't open the door for me. anyone has any idea on how to give him the award document? normally what time he will be at home?

hmmm when i go LYN by TS bridge i saw a group of young sales person trying to woo customer. When they call me i just ignore them and walk away.

So i wonder is it the same group/same type of scam?

Yes they are. Who else will do that to woo customers? They are spreading like roaches to places where their "targeted" victims goes.

does anyone have the address of their shoplots? i have a friend who wants to firebomb the place.

the scammer news just came out on 8tv news today. just 2 days ago got 1 victim got cheated rm 1k.

i dunno why so many ppl are not aware of this scam.
The way they desperately ask for money should trigger ur sense. Somemore taught that person to open a new bank account channel the money. Like that also can be cheated.

And why the police can't take action on them ah? let the activity like that freely roam...

Why the police cant take action? According the Malaysia Law, they are a legal merchant as on the surface they break no regulations. They are legit in the lucky draw clause in the Consumers Law. They have legit company number, legit merchant license. That way they exploit that loop hole to cheat victims.

For this bit, you cant blame the Police for the inefficiency because there is no solid evidence of their scam operation.

I think the best way to avoid this is to paste a police notice at the atm machines around their office area. when ppl wan to go withdraw money will notice that. if still can get cheated really cannot do anything d.

I heard that they were raided 3 times in a row. donno why they were not sent to jail. still can open their shop and continue cheat ppl. shud send all of them go to jail.

sure a lot more victim scare of trouble and din report. if all the victim report to ttpm and get back all the money I think they can't survive anymore. they also need to pay for rental and salary. hope those who got cheated don't keep quiet. better report and take action.
