you can take photograph showing you bring the form there and can see got ppl inside the office. this can prove that they refused to open the door and prove that you have send the form there. they can be warned by doing this. don't let them know that you come to send the form.
I took picture of md & bg enterprise and they look very nervous. they straight chop and sign the form once I took their picture.
Remember to bring at least one of ur fren along to take the photo. do not go along as they will not scare of you.

I went to the hearing this morning. got the award, now need to think of how to give the award if they don wan to open their door.

btw, I went to ttpm again and ask for help. they told me to send to the company owner's house. and must prove that I have sent him the award document.

the scammer news just came out on 8tv news today. just 2 days ago got 1 victim got cheated rm 1k.

Did you get the company cop during submit the tribinal form? Or sent by AR? you can check the company detail at SSM website but need to pay RM15 just to get the company information (dame it). The company that i got cheated is at Taman Danau Desa.

Ic. the tribinal form i sent by hand, and i also sent another letter using AR on cooling period letter (which mention in the forum is very important) (Must be whithin 10 days after the scam). MCA also ask me to do this. Which waiting for the card return before the hearing case on June 8. Which i feel no use also for the hearing case even if win the case, they wont bother us and no action taken by tribinal.. WTF....
Because i have contacted Mr Chin which he mention will provide help and to get back 70% - 80%, so i were need to wait for another 2 days on what is the action will be taken by him.
i also have call Mr raja, he is the "MEN" so called in the forum who will help to get back the refund by 24 hours. But he only garantee on 50% but depends on the urguement with the scamer. He have his own way of doing. (many people get help from him and get back the refund - not full)
i am waiting mr chin feedback before i will meet Mr Raja.. Get back 50% rather than northing or rather give those Fxxxx used. CCB~~~

i think normally we will win on the hearing case.. get the award.. but the scamer wont care about it... mostly go until the court which i heard waste another around rm500 for that. Full refund anot i also not sure.. i am still waiting my hearing case.

sigh, i got scammed on friay too. wish there was someone there who could tell me about it. too late 

what they're doing is technically legal, thats why the government cannot do anything. the idea is we should spread awareness.
