I make the borang 1 at e-tribunal (Online), if you want to go ttpm is faster, they will give you the borang 1 to fill in, you have to fill in the amount you want to claim, wat things you have takes, brand, and also the story about this incident, better write down all in A4 paper 1st before you go. you will have to pay RM5 for the failing. after that they will give you 2 copies of the borang 1 and one copy attach the borang 2 have to pass to the company.
you have to get their chop sign on you borang 1. Or you wan use the POS Akuan terima, but i scare they wont chop & sign the AT card, so i prefer go to send by hand, plan to go this saturday.
my hearing is on 2Dec.

thank for the information, the only regard i have is that i went to their office after i knowtice i being scammed. i saw a girl coming out with a water filter product, i try top go there and stop her, but she get on to a taxi and drove off. haiz...

May i know how to go to kuchai office? coz i have to pass 2 two place, i put 2 penentang in my borang 1. i have been go to danau desa 1, down there got 100yen shop. then the kuchai 1? any shop can recognize? scare to go their office.. since you all say they r very rude...
Do you all think they will open this saturday or not? around wat time go there better?

about the address go to kuchai lama... you can take ktm to mid valey and take a taxi and told him that you want to go to kuchai lama... taxi fee is around rm6... then you can saw hong leong back there... along the hong leong bank building, there's 7-11 shop... beside the 7-11 shop, you go into the small lorong and when you go there you can see a signboard of their company name.. then get into the lif and tekan '2'... then the company is at your left...

when you go there, please don't go there alone.... bring along some friends with you...

i just win the case. n i post the letter to their company as them to pay leh... according to the law which write in the letter is: if they dun wan to pay the will be saman no less than 10000 or go to jail for 2 year or 2 things happen together.... hope they will call me....or not i nd go tingkat 26 leh.... sue until they die....

before i enter court, i get ready with all the resit and the one that i online check the company name whether their license is up to date or not..... you can view the previous post... others got post the website on it... you can go and have a check on it... the point that you can voice out is the quality of the products and the SIRIM things lo... coz every product should have the SIRIM cop... you can open your mattress and see whether they have that kind of legal things on it...

that's the correct prosedure...
i also dunno why scam company wil call me... maybe they need to pay the money after i sue them at tingkat 26
because according to the law, if the ttpm find out that the company din pay it, they can be put to jail or denda money de lo....
that's why they call me up lo... wanna to settle outside of the court... but of course they wont pay you back the full amount...
if you have the time to fight back the full amount.. you can continue to fight back and dun wan settle outside the court....
if you din have the time to fight with them... when they call you, you can discuss nicely with them and ask them to pay you back the full amount lo... try to negotiate with them lo....

that tingkat 26 person said that the case need to wait half month to summit to the majistreet lo, after it need to queue, they show me the case over there 2004 ones still pending for court lo, so long. but i dunno y ur case so fast to process, hopefully my ones also like that. that company after receive my first borang 1, only offer me 2k, i paid 3k, i totally cannot accept, i said 2500 will accept he also dun wan, haiz...
