I already made the police report. and prepare myself to the TTPM for filing the borang 1 against MD&BG located at Taman Danue Desa, mind sharing me how to fill up the form? what reason i call give for filling the form? so far i know there address is 5-1-8 jalan 2/109f, Taman Danau Desa, 58100, Kuala Lumpur. is that wrong? is there any other address also?
