i go and make report at tingkat 26 yesterday and the people there said they din close the company lar.... and they also get many like this kind of reports.... the company say will send someone to check the company and then will ask them go to court lar... after that, i dunno lu... just wait for the news lo....

how bout the money? they didnt pay to u? the product u oledy gv back to them???

i din take products from them la..... and they dun wan pay me back the money... that's why i go and make another report...

Don't settle for anything less!!!! They have their orders to give you back 4k!!! tat extra 300 to buy another mattress and cheat another person!!!

You made a report to tingkat 26 right? did they get back to you?

Ok happened to my gf today near Kasturi tuition centre, Popular Bookshop which is infront of Maybank, i not going to repeat the same story as it is the same as other people in this thread

My gf picked up the products at thier office ( 5-1-8, Jln 3/109F, Danau Business Centre, Taman Danau Desa )

according to the scammer, thier company names is MD & BG Enterprise

Total Loss : RM4,500

Going to make a police report tomorrow

emoe: they change the company name into another name already.... some more i don't have much time to wait for the government to settle this because i almost graduate... after i report at tingkat 26, they agree to pay back 3700... i just agree lar... somemore they give cash.... i don't want to delay this case anymore

ykdoro: Yes, I know its a hassle to keep going to the tribunal to make the report. Must wait few months some more. Anyway, congratz on getting back your money. Mind telling us what is the new company name they put up?? Is it the one sawmania is referring to?

sawmania: I heard the personnels at the tribunal say that they have 2 operating offices. One is in Kuchai Lama, the other in Desa Danau. Probably the same, just changed name.

b4 go tribunal, remember go report the police 1st... take the police report go also....
