Bro, they haven't won yet. IF they win, then I lose all faith in the tribunal system.
So far I don't think I heard them winning any case.

BEWARE everyone, I just spotted them at Pasar Seni LRT station yesterday. I also got a "Special gift" card. The guy keep asking me to go to their office, but it was around 6:30pm already. Of cause I don't wanna go there alone. Luckily I just stick the card back to them and walk away.

Penguin.23, open the vacuum cleaner and reflexology equip and look for warranty cards/user manuals. does it have any SIRIM label? or any quality labels issued by the government? if it doesn't, like i told juniorpop, you can claim that you doubt the products' safety i.e. there's no assurance about the safety or performance on the electric equipments. again, argue from the point of view of a dissatisfied consumer, not a scam victim. i really hope there's no safety labels the vacuum cleaner and reflexology machine.

to tell the truth, i doubt the brand of the electric equipments is "real". try google-ing the brand names and see the results. none of them lead to a proper official homepage of a manufacturer. i think somebody is manufacturing these products and "marketing" them to us using lucky draw scams. probably because these products are unsafe/unreliable in the first place.

Don't trust such scam la,...no one will give u prizes freely...nothing is free man~ u want to prosecute them...cooperate with other victims...this kind of scam should stop...periodly...not only along...

Hi, there. I have checked the warranty cards and user manual, there is no such thing about SIRIM. For multi-funtion reflexologist is brand, KOCHIMA , technology of Japan,this is the website that stated exactly the same as wat i have with me now. http://pioneer2u.net/reflexologist.html
For the vacuum as show in this website,ISHIKAWA, techology of italy, http://pioneer2u.net/vacuum.html . all the item that they offering me all included in this website, the warrantly card have to send to " Welley corporation sdn bhd" which located at bukit mertajam. arg...so confused.

the problem is the police report i stated was about being cheated to pay 3000 for this so called health care product. really don't know how to deal with it.

well you don't need to limit yourself to your police report. i doubt the judge will give your report a detailed look anyway.

since there's no indication from any ministry in our country that guarantees the safety usage of the products, i don't see why you cannot use this as a point in your case. i mean, if any electric product is deemed to be potentially unsafe, and the quality is questionable in the first place, why would a consumer want to use it right? you should check the consumer affairs tribunal website to see the list of reasons they would accept from a consumer seeking compensation.

remember to argue from the perspective of a consumer, not a victim. you CAN deal with this. you have come this far, so trust yourself that you will make. them. pay.

scam lor.... don trust it.. those teenagers.. duh +_+ . they seems to be dropout students ? haha .... one thing about them, they are picking up potential customer... those aunty aunty or blur blur one .... of course they nvr approach me before...

My Sister-In-Law (SIL) also got conned with Starr Healthcare like unfortunate victim here. My SIL case is like this
1. Met them at Puduraya, showed her the winning prize
2. My SIL followed the guy back to office at Kuchai Lama Entrepreneur Park, near HL Bank and 7-11
3. Asked my SIL to withdraw RM5600, but she got only RM4000 and gave to the guy
4. Signed some documents but did not take the prize home, as she has no transport
5. They willing to courier the prizes, but need to pay RM80 as fees
6. My SIL also gave RM100 as angpow money, I have no idea why
7. She left the premises then she called me (probably she got conscious after some charms, I guessed)
8. My wife and me meet my SIL and we went back to the office asking for refund, but they rudely unwilling to refund as the agreement have been signed
9. They asked me to write an appeal letter to their boss in PG, which I think its useless
10. We made a police report and asked us to make a claim at Tribunal Pengguna in KL

Luckily I managed to get a copy of the agreement and receipt of the payment, but I did not receive the prize yet. The receipt stated the prize items valued RM4000.

May I seek your advise?

1. After reporting to Tribunal, how long will be the process?
2. What are the chances winning this case?
3. What will be the strongest points to challenge and win the case?

Please help me, those RM4000 is my SIL life-saving as she still a student ;-(

Your SIL hasn't get anything but has paid RM4000???? not even one product?
Anyway, bring along your police report ,all agreements and receipt that you have on hand, make three copies to tribunal. The process will take it around 2 months to settle if everything going smooth. Juniorpop went to tribunal twice for the listening as the he didn't win at the first time. Changes to win is high actually, according to juniorpop, he said that claim ourselves as scam victim will be the strongest point to win, but if you have the product with you, you can also bring along the warranty card to claim that all products dont have the SIRIM label which means those products are not approved by government. i can understand how your SIL feel as i am a student as well and i have used up my 3k which suppose to be my student fees. Just leave a msg here, we are here to help you de, we all face the bad things. haix...

Sorry penguin, i long time didnt on9 and i saw ur msg ask for help jz now. Very sorry for that. Anyway, i'm happy u also win the case. I also win my case last week at tribunal seremban. Anyway, after i sent the award, until now oredi one week. i didnt get any feedback or pay back from them although i also attached my name, account number and also contact number to them. helpless now, i wish to hear abt those get the award and the prosedure they do to claim back their money... pls.......
